We offer FREE shipping for all UK orders, no minimum spend required.

Standard delivery: 2-5 business days

Pre-order items will be dispatched within 14 days. Once dispatched, a notification will be emailed with a tracking number.

Express UK Delivery: 1-3 business days

Please complete your order before 12pm for your order to be posted the next working day.

For those needing a delivery quicker than express please leave a note at cart stage and we will prioritise your order where possible. If you need your GW order next day, please email us on Contact@Gisawlondon.com or via Contact Us form before finalising your order and we will get back to you with confirmation.

No, Shipping costs are non-refundable

We endeavour to process your order within 12 hours.

Dependent on the type of delivery selected, your order will be dispatched as within 1-3 working days.  

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

Delivery time: 11- 20 days

Please note that international shipments typically arrive within 20 days, however, can be subject to delay, dependent on the carrier.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. The GW Team will notify you if this cancellation occurs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. GISAW London is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.  

The prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any duties that you may incur.

Currently, all International orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. GISAW London is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 

Every Package will have a tracking reference that will emailed following the shipment of your Order, if you have any issues/questions about your order arriving, email us on Contact@Gisawlondon.com we will do our best to help you track and resolve any issues.

All Pre-order Items will be processed in 14 days of receiving your Order. Your delivery time will be in addition to the 14 days.
